TOM WALSH ARRESTED CHARGED WITH HAVING INCITED WATERSIDERS TO STRIKE. ADMITTED TO BAIL. Br Telegraph.—Preah Asra.-Oamirtt PERTH, .January 15. Tom Walsh, general president of the Australian Seamen’s Union, was arrested at Fremantle on a warrant from Melbourne on a charge of having incited members of the Waterside Workers’ Federation to strike. He was admitted to bail.
