MORROW. j A ,final reminder is given to those in* terested that the auction sale of the Walker estate sections, comprising in all 32 sites, takes place in the- Public Hall, Plimmerton, to-morrow, at 2.30 p.m. The sale is being conducted by Messrs Haroourt and Co., auctioneers; Inquiries for these sections, which are extremely handy to the railway station and, the sea front, have been numerous, and a record attendance is anticipated as intending purchasers realise that with the exceptional terms being offered it is an apportunity not to be missed, and in .a "short time, with the present rate of building, at Plimmerton, suitable sections will be difficult to 'procure.
