FRENCH PRESS REPEATS ITS CHARGES
The German Government and Press are denouncing the Allies for their decision not .to evacuate Cologne by January loth. “Britain, not France, is Germany’s deadliest enemy,” declares one writer. Fear is expressed that the decision regarding Cologne - will be followed by a similar decision- regarding the occupied territory of the Ruhr. Meanwhile, the French newspapers reiterate that Germany, in defiance of the Treaty, is manufacturing munitions and training an arnjy.
