Tha British Government has telegraphed to the Governments of the dominions and India with a view to ascertaining whether it is possible to arrange a special meeting of the Imperial Conference early in March, to discuss the questions arising out of the Geneva Protocol. The object is to have a full and frank discussion as to the nature and extent of the responsibilities which 'would be involved for the whole of the Empire by ratification of the Protocol.)
