Anxiety regarding forthcoming events in the Far East was voiced by M. Outrey, deputy for Indo-Qiina, in the course of a< debate on the Colonial Estimates in the Chamber. He said be feared the organisation of a Bolshevist Government in China. He knew Japan had protected herself against the movement by .an understanding with Chang Tso-lin (dictator of Manchuria), and Japan and Korea would certainly be saved from the wave of Bolshevism, but he was also certain the wave would spread across China and soon reach Indo-China and India, If ought to be watched closely.
