The other ’dominaoha ere ■ lackering over the terms upon which tney will participate ,in the exhibition. Canada originally was enthusiastic, - but since learning that Australia is lately to get better financial terms her enthusiasm has evaporated. Lord Stevenson, chief of the executive council, is. temporarily absent from London. 'Meanwhile the financial terms of the participation by tbe dominions are awaiting determination.
