YELLOW AND BLACK PLATES
LICENSE COLOUR SCHEME. -Pale yellow and black are the colours chosen for next year’s automobile and motor cycle license plates in California. These colours will replace the green and white being used this year and California has requested adjoining States to adopt a different colour scheme in order to avoid duplication.
