INTEBNATIONAL TEST. AMERICA WINS FINAL. Renrar'a 'l’ele^Tam, NEW YORK, September 13. At Oyster Bay, the United States won the finals of the international sixmetre yacht races, when the American boat Dauphin crossed the line a minute in front of the British boat Thistle. Four British, yachts, Thistle, Zenith, Echo, and Betty were sent from England in August to take part in the six-metre class yacht races for the Bri-tish-America Oup. The owners of the yachts, Constance Lady Bird, M. J. L. Lewif, Sir Thomas Glen-Coats, and Mr J. E. Haldinstoin respectively, and the well-known British yachtsman, Mr Algernon G. Maudsluy, went to America to take part in the races.
