Bold at- J 84- 10s to X 46, and now quoted at .£46 5s sellers. Output of Manila tor August was 1,034,000 bales, against 1,003,000 bales for same period last year. Stocks in Manila on August 31st -were 121,000, against 172,000 last rear. Stocks in Oreat Britain were 674 G, against 20,984. New Zealand market steady, and no change in prices. WOOL. Bradford market continues firm. No change in prices for tops. Next series commence in London on September 16th ■with approximately 157,003 bales, of which 74.300 are. Now Zealand. TALLOW. Frozen meat—Moderate business has been done in wether mutton, and the market is firm. Ewes are in poor demand. - The high prices for lamb are being maintained- with difficulty.
