CITY FIRE
BUILDING IN HAWKESrONE STREET DAMAGED.
Just before 8 o’clock last evening the fire brigade received a call to 73, Hawkestone street, where a fire had broken out in a shop and dwelling occupied by Mrs Uhristie. The brigade quickly suppressed the outbreak, but not before one room was badly damaged and two rums slightly damaged. The occupants of the premises were away at the time, and particulars as to insurances, etc., are not available. The cause of the nre is nob known:
