TRAMWAY REGULATIONS
BIG COST TO DUNEDIN. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, June 13. The report of the tramways committee of the City Council states that the proposed new regulations, discussed at the Wellington conference, would involve a capital outlay in respect of the Dunedin system of £77,966, plus an increase in tho running costs of £18,267.
