COURT OF APPEAL

DUNEDIN WILL CASE. The Court of Appeal was occupied all yesterday hearing argument in a Dunedin will case. The estate concerned is that of the late Walter Guthrie, of Invercargill, the appellant is Margaret White Guthrie, and the respondents are George Mondy and others. The judges on the bench were Mr Justice Sim, Mr Justice Stringer, Sir John Salmond, and Mr Justice Adams. Mr Adams appeared for the appellant, Mr Stephens for the respondents, and Mr J. B. Oallan for a beneficiary. Some time ago the Supreme Court was asked to say in what manner, and according to what priorities, income was to he allocated, credited, and paid. The court gave its answer, and it is from this answer the appeal to the higher court has been made. Decision was reserved.
