LONDON’S TRAFFIC
HORSE VEHICLES BARRED. FROM CONGESTED AREAS. (Sydney '“Sun” Cable.) LONDON, March 6. In the House of Commons, Mr Harry Gosling, Minister of Transport, stated that the forthcoming hill dealing with London' traffic will prohibit horsedrawn vehicles in congested areas at busy hours.
