Bran is now worth «£5 10s f.o.b. main ports, 10s extra for smaller packing, the r.ew pr.as having come into operation from the first of the month. Tho new price for pollard is 10s f.0.b., main ports, 10s extra for smaller packing. With regard’ to the onions it is stated that Wellington and Auckland merchants are purchasing some Australian stuff which is said to b© of better quality than that locally grown.
