DANNEVIRKE MEETING. INTERESTING COMPETITIONS. The first meeting of the above society for many years was held on the recreation ground on Wednesday, before a very large attendance. Visitors from as far north as Auckland and as far south as Dunedin were present, as well as the leading champions from all over New Zealand. Competition was very keen.
