AND PROMISES NOTHING FRENCH COMMENT. Reuter’s Teloaram. PARIS, January 23. Commenting on Blr Macdonald’s interview in the “Quotidien.” the “Eclair” says: “Blr Blacdonald asks everything without promising France anything.” The “Echo de Paris” says: “Blr Blacdonald is at present most cautious, but he must sooner or later vote in favour of methods of reparations very difficult to reconcile with the FrancoBelgian policy. A violent rupture is thus possible.”
