A REAL CAENIVAD WEEK. Entries for the Masterton Show are coming in freely, and despite the spell of dry weathor, everything points to a very successful show. Visitors requiring hotel accommodation should make arrangements early, as accommodation athshow time is taxed to the utmost. This year the Masterton business people, in conjunction with the A. and P. Association, are making show\ week a Shopping and gala week. Special attention will -be given to the dressing of windows and the decorating of the town generally. Queens and processions will occupy the evenings. The schedule of events contains classes for dogs run under Kennel Club rules. This is an innovation and large entries are expected. New Zealand dhalleogcs are offered in greyhounds and retrievers. The poultry section, which was added four years ago, has now doubled. Dog and poultry fanciers can rely on their animals being well looked after. There is a section including a number of classes of fancy andi needlework which should appeal to the ladies. The flowers portion of the show should also be a feature. Mr R. H. Williams, secretary, box 4b, Masterton, -will be pleased to supply a schedule and all necessaiy information.
