DIVIDEND DECLARED. (By Telegraph.—Special to “Times.”) CHRISTCHURCH, January 23. The annual report of the directors of tho New Zealand Refrigerating Company, Ltd., which has been issued to shareholders, recommends the payment of a final dividend for the year ended October 31st, 1923, of 9d per share on the fully-paid shares and 4jd per share on the 10s shares; to transfer £IO,OOO to the reserve account, and to carry forward £47,376 6s lOd.
