INDECENT EXPOSURE
ACCUSED COMMITTED FOR TRIAL Henry Robert Charles Albert Smithers, 30 years of age, was charged with indecent exposure in Bouloott street. The accused was arrested by Detective Sinclair. After evidence had been heard a plea of not guilty was entered, and tho accused was committed to the Supreme Court for trial. Bail was allowed in a bond of £l5O and two sureties of a like' amount.
