(By the Government Meteorologist.) Present indications (4 p.m. yesterday) are for easterly to south-easterly winds, strong to gale. "Weather dull and misty, with rain probable generally and heavy rain in the northern and .Bast Coast districts. The barometer has a falling tendency in the north, but is unsteady in the south.
