SALE TAKES PLACE ON SATURDAY NEXT. Otaki, always a well-known'watering-place, everlastingly grows in popularity. The fishing, shooting, bathing, and boating to be had amidst beautiful surroundings have made the resort one of those to attract the most attention. On Saturday next, January 26th, at 2 p.m., in Bright’s Theatre, Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., will sell forty residential sections, which are a subdivided portion of Mrs E. Hopkins’s estate at Rangiuru. Each section, which is practically right on the beach, is thickly timbered with beautiful pine and macrocarpa trees, over twenty years old, and these, besides being north from £3O to £4O. afford a delightful shade in the beat of summer and a break for the winds in stormy weather. One of the sections has a five-roomed -cottage-fbereon; whilo the rest may be built on at the leisure of the lucky purchaser.
