Luis Firpo has been offered by Tex Rickard a sum totalling 200,000 dollars for a fight with Wills in July. The proposal that Firpo should fight Dempsey again in September has npt yet been decided, and nothing will be done until 'his manager arrives from New York. The South American Boxing Commission has decided that Firpo must accept within sixty days from December Bth a challenge for the South American cham pionship from a foimer Chilian heavy, weight. Quinton Romero Rojas, who is now living in France. The match must take plaice within ninety days of the same date, or Firpo will be deprived of his title. SIKI OUTPOINTED VANCOUVER, January 22. At New Orleans "Battling" Avans, a local heavyweight, outpointed 'Siki in fifteen rounds. HOLDERS WANTING FOR LONSDALE BELTS. LONDON, January 22. Joe Fox has relinquished the Lonsdale Featherweight Belt, having accepted rn offer from Australia for five contests. The Lonsdale Belts in every class are now without holders, and the National Sporting Club has decided to re-circulate them as early as possible.
