POLICE PROSECUTIONS. Mr E. Tags, S.M., presided ov*p yesterday’s sitting of the Magistrate'* Court, when police cases were dealt with. Harry Brown, alias George Brown, was finod JJ2, in default seven days’ imprisonment, on his fourth appearance for insobriety. On a second charge of using obscene language, the accused wae sen* tonced to 21 days* imprisonment. DESERTING FROM SHIP. Robert Saint, 23 years o? age, and * trimmer on. tho a-s. Armagh, was charged. with deserting from that, vessel. The accused was sentenced to 21 days* imprisonment.
