STARTS TO-DAY

TOAVN HALL CLOCK. TESTING NOW CONCLUDED. At 3 p.m, to-day the new Tbwn Hall clock is to be set going officially, and will send its message of the hour to all the area surrounding Cuba street. The clock has been going for some days past, set st 51 hours behind time, and has been .working perfectly. It was finished some five or six weeks ago and, but for the violent blow which damaged the glass face, it would have been working earlier. It was feared, however, that it might have suffered some injury, and an additional period of testing was given it. This will end to-day.
