MONTHLY MEETING. APPLICATIONS POP TRANSFERS. The monthly meeting of the Wellington Land Board -was held yesterday. Present: —Messrs Thos. Brook, Commissioner of Crown Lands (chairman), H. T. ESlingham, C. Mclntyre, J. Forsyth, and A. Stuart. APPLICATIONS FOR LAND. The application of Louisa Johnson for section 53, town of Tangimoana, was granted. The area was 1 rood 17 perches and the half-yearly rental ss. Approval was also given to the applica-
tion of Eileen Olive Bowler for a section of 1 rood 15 perches in the town of Tangimoana at a similar rental. TRANSFERS. The transfer of the freehold section of 320 acres, No, 215, section 3, block 3, Tirirankawa from the Public Trustee in the estate of Timothy McCarthy (deceased), to Dennis Aeneas McCarthy, was approved. An adjournment was made in the application for a transfer from John MeOoll to David Millar and Marjorie Greaves Millar of two sections of 150 acres, Noe. 16 and 17, block 5, Aohanga district. The transfer was approved of section 7, 'block 9, Makotuku district, area 1 acre 3 roods 37 perches, from John Glen Gould to Mien Maud Gould. The application for approval of a sub-
lease of section 69, block 13, Apiti district, area 280 acre 6, by Frank Nerdale and Leo Nerdale, from the Public Trustee in the estate of Patrick Nerdale (deceased), eras adjourned.
