GRASS FIRES IN N.S. WALES. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. SYDNEY, December 17. Grass fires are reported in the Waigga and Forbes districts', and considerable quantities of fodder have been destroyed. Rain was recorded in many plaoes in the southern half of the State. Cooler conditions prevail throughout the West, and rain is threatening.
