RINDERPEST
FRESH OUTBREAK IN W.A. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. PERTH, December 17. A fresh outbreak of rinderpest is reported at Bossenden, in the vicinity of the first outbreak. The affected area is across the Swan river. The authorities destroyed all cqws within half a mile, and this will be followed by the destruction of those within a mile. The Tasmanian Government has issued a proclamation against the importation of any plant or cattle from West Australia.
