The “Daily Chrohicle” correspondent in Paris says advices from Madrid 6tate that the Spanish plenipotentiary at Paris has been authorised to sign the Tangier agreement, approved by Britain and France, designed to ensure Tangier’s neutrality in war-time, and an open door for trade with all nations during peace. Thus a controversy of twelve years is ended.
