HIGHWAYS COUNCIL
CHAIRMAN ELECTED. Per Press Association. PALMERSTON N., December 13. A meeting of the Main Highways Council representing No. 0 Group, elected Mr Hannah, district engineer, Public Works Department, chairman. The council decided that headquarters be established at Palmerston North, that town to be the locale for future meetings.
