MR AND MRS CULFORD BILL AND PUPH43. To-morrow and. Thursday nights, in the Concert Chamber, the annual dramatic recital of the pupils of Mr and Mre Culford Bell' will take place. The proceeds go to the Wellington Free Kindergarten. The entertainments will consist of children’s plays, recitations, musical monologues, Shakespearian scenes, character sketches, and dialogues.
