N.Z. LABOUR PARTY

MESSAGE TO BRITISH LABOUR.

The following message has been sent to Mr Arthur Henderson, M.P., by the New Zealand Labour Party:— “The New Zealand Labour Party, recognising that the only hope for Britain is Labour’s policy, sends cordial wishes for a great triumph at the elections. World peace, freedom, and sound reconstruction are essentially dependent on Labour’s success. Labour m New Zealand requires no preference at the expense of the Homeland. It is no use blocking the Dardanelles of trad* with the old ships of tariff reform. One Gallipoli is enough for a lifetime. Kia Ora.”

The message is signed by Messrs Brindle (national president), Holland (Parliamentary leader), and Nash (national secretary).
