AUCKLAND, November 21. In the Supreme Court, Jane S. Grierson against Arthur Cleave for a decree directing Cleave to substantially perform a contract to 6ell or buy from her 2000 fully paid up shares in Wairekei, Ltd., within two years after allotment by the company of 70,000 shares, Mr Justice. Stringer held that 70,000 shares had. been allotted, and gave judgment in favour of plaintiff.
