At Oklahoma, tlio State Legislature met to-day to consider the impeachment of the Governor, Mr J. C. Walton, as tiie result of his declaration of martial law in liiis fight against Ku Klux Klan "to save the State from disaster because of the secret organisations which must be killed or the government will give way to anarchy and revolution.” Martial law, which, has been effective since September 15th, was lifted by the Governor’s proclamation to-day.
