SHORT OF 700 TEACHERS
NEW SOUTH WALES STAFF. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. (Received October 11, 5.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, October 11. The annual report of the Minister of Education, alluding to tho shortage of teachers, says that 700 teachers must be added to tlie staff yearly before the department can satisfy the dtmauds for the metropolitan ami country schools.
