Australian and N. 7. Cable Association. (Received October 10, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, October 9. The Constantinople correspondent of the “Morning Post,” say 6 that roughs entered a war cemetery and desecrated 18 graves, by disturbing the crosses. The keeper informed the police, who took no action, and the British diplomatic representative thereupon made strong representations to the Government, which expressed regret, suspended tho police, and established a military guard.
