CELEBRATION IN SYDNEY. Bv Telegraph.— Press Assn. —Copyrigh’ (Received October 2, 12.5 a.m.) SYDNEY, October 1. The twenty-second Eight Hour Day was celebrated with the usual procession, which was not equal to that of previous years. It was also marred by the boisterous wind, which caused conoiderable damage to the banners.
