FRENCH COURIER ARRESTED
IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS SEIZED. Reuter’s Tristram. BERLIN, July 26. The newspapers report that the German police arrested a French courier to the French Embassy at Berlin on an express train near Hagan, and seized important documents, intended for the French Commander of the Ruhr Army.
