BUILDIXGS AT CANBERRA. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright MELBOURNE, July 27. Tho House of Representatives adopt ed the Minister of Works’ motion that it he expedient to erect a provisional Parliament House and buildings at Canberra, and passed the second reading of a Bill providing for an additional member or the Tariff Board representing the primary producers.
