RURAL POSTAL DELIVERY
“COST TOO HIGH.” Tlie executive of the Dominion Dairy Farmers have decided to ask the Postmaster-General for a reduction in the cost of rural delivery to farmers. Tt was. pointed out that as? the cost of postage was being reduced the cost of rural boxes should be reduced pro rata.
