COURT OF APPEAL

THE SESSIONS CONCLUDED. AND JUDGES DISPERSE. The Court of Appeal, which has been sitting in Wellington for the past month, concluded its istting yesterday, when a number of judgments in connection with cases heard during the present sessions were delivered. Mr Justice Sim and Mr Justice Adams left for the south last evening, while Mr Justice Stringer will leave on his return to Auckland to-day. The other members of the court were the Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout) and Mr Justice Hosking. who are remaining in Wellington. .Mr Justice Chapman and Mr Justice Satmond are also in Wellington at present.
