SECRET TELEPHONE
FROM ESSEN TO BERLIN. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association LONDON, July 25. The “Daily Mail’s” correspondent at Dueseldorf stalee that a secret telephone exchange connecting business premises in Essen and Berlin has been discovered, and the operators were arrested. The town is now telephonically isolated.
