FIRE ON KAIKOURA
WOO BALES OF WOOL DAMAGED. Ar Press * Association. AUCKLAND. April 17. The Kaikoura sailed for Opus today after discharging the cargo in number 4 hold, winch was damaged by fixe. Eighteen hundred hales of wool were more or lees damaged, of which 200 fables of loose charred wool was suotiofibct, and the remainder fating rsconditicmed. Over 3000 hales were not damaged ,as well as 190 cases of tallow. Of 280 eases of sugar of milk, ofilj a few are damaged.
