BAY TENNIS COURTS. The six hard tennis courts which th# Eastbourne Borough Council determined to lay down are now practically completed. The borough manager (Air R. B. Witty) in his monthly report states that the shelter ©hed and conveniences were finished, and that work on the fencing and wirenetting finishes this week. The top-dressing of the courts had been held up by the weather, but with improved conditions the tar gaing would finish in seven days.
