BOAT COLLAPSES IN TIDE. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON, February 5. Eight West, Kent soldiers and one civilian were returning to Ballykinlar cavnp in an open boat, when it collapsed owing to the strong tide in Dundrum Bay, County Down. All were drowned.
