INSTITUTING NEW SERVICES. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. SYDNEY, February 2. 'The Commonwealth Line has further announced the intention of instituting a direct service from Sydney to Hull with wool, and thence to Continental ports. It is anticipated that the whole tonnage of the Commonwealth will he requisitioned as a result of the new services.
