Koscoe (“Fatty”) Arbuckle, according to a telegram, from Los Angeles, has announced that he will never act again, but he has a contract with a cinema firm to act as director of their comedies. “From now on,” he said, “the public will hear from me only through the medium of the pictures I direct.”
