(By the Government Meteorologist.) Present indications (4 p.m. yesterday) are for the development of a cyclonio storm in the north. FJxpeet easterly winds, strong to gale, northward of Hast Gape and Kawhia, and increasing northerlies hacking hy west to" south elsewhere. Skies cloudy to overcast, with rain following generally, and heavy over the North Island. Barometer fall everywhere.
