AIR JOURNEY TO NEW YORK NON-STOP FLIGHT. Australian and N.Z. Cable AnocUfict(Received January 19, 9.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, January 18. Lieutenant Alexander Pearson established a speed record, arriving with a passenger in an army airplane from Dayton, Ohio, a distance of 592 mfles, after a flight of four hours thirty-two minutee. twenty-eight minutes less that the best previous non-stop record.
