DATE OF MEETING UNCERTAIN. MR HOLLAND’S REPLY TO PRIME MINISTER. Per Press Association. WESTPORT, January 19. This afternoon Mr H. E. Holland, M.P., chairman of the Parliamentary Labour Party, telegraphed" the following reply to the Prime Minister:— “Thanks for reply. I regret, however, that your telegram gives no indication of the date on which the Government will meet Parliament. I am confident the Dublic will disapprove of the heavily defeated Government neglecting to meet Parliament promptly. I am also sure the public will regard with some astonishemnt, as myself, the December 7th verdict aa interpreted to mean a victory for the Government.”
