TWO ARRESTS
LEADERS OF IRISH REPUBLICANS. Two leaders of the Irregular Forces were recently captured. Sean Russell, reputed to be quartermaster of the North-Eastern Command, and known as Director of Munitions and Chemicals, was arrested iu Dublin by National troops. Thomas Hales, one of the leaders in the South, was captured at Upton, Co, Cork It is said that important documents were found
